Putting together this event was a creative challenge that we were more than happy to take on, as it was tailor-made to meet the needs of PCMA EduCon in all its aspects. At the Palais des congrès de Montréal, we thrive on being a partner of choice for organizers regardless of the scope and size of the event. Any gathering set in our colorful setting is an unforgettable experience composed by a talented team offering outstanding services.

Immersive rooms
We like to say that innovation is our middle name. During the Reception, you had the chance to experience creativity firsthand with the three entirely customizable immersive rooms of OASIS immersion. Were we able to capture your imagination during the 360° projection?
Palais Events Lab
Some of the members of the Palais Events Lab were also on deck to offer you what they do best: creative solutions leading to memorable moments.
- Aglaé made the event glow with the unique concept of plant luminescence. Thank you to Sky fleurs, the flower shop set on the premises for landing a hand.
- Stimulation Déjà Vu shared a spectrum of sensory experiences combining cognitive science and olfactory memory.
- Les Cabinets made visiting the washroom a whole lot of fun.
- Made With Love turned a simple drink into an amazingly unforgettable cocktail hour.
Several innovative companies from the Events Lab will also be prominent throughout the events scheduled at the Queen Elizabeth hotel like Braindate and Be Human Club.
Sustainble development
At the Palais, sustainable development goes beyond the environment. We seek to meet the needs of our visitors while respecting the needs of generations to come. We are proud to have put together a sustainable event on behalf of PCMA EduCon. Here are some actions we have made:
- No single-use plastic
- The carpet made from recycled material
- Local food only
- Reusable cutlery and utensils
- And we recommended to all guests to have a nice walk rather than taking the bus. Montréal is such a fun city to discover by foot!

Over $2,000 raised on behalf of the PCMA Foundation by selling t-shirts during the event.
