The Palais des congrès Code of Behavior

To maintain a pleasant environment and ensure an optimal experience for all visitors, please review the rules below and behave respectfully at all times.

1. Loitering (i.e., remaining on the premises for no apparent purpose) is prohibited in all private and public areas of the Palais, as well as in the mall shops.
2. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or within 9 metres of the building, in accordance with the law.
3. Alcohol consumption is prohibited in public areas of the building.
4. The consumption and sale of drugs are strictly prohibited everywhere on the premises.
5. Verbal and physical aggression or violence will not be tolerated.
6. Noisy, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Canvassing and solicitation are prohibited at all times.
8. Shoes and clothing must be worn at all times inside the building.
9. Bicycles, scooters, and skateboards may not be used inside the building.
10. Animals are not allowed inside the building, except for service animals.
11. Wi-Fi service at the Palais is reserved for mall customers and event participants.
12. Public furniture, including tables and chairs, is reserved for clients and visitors to the Palais des congrès.
