As Senior Vice-President of the National Bank of Canada Client Experience Centre, Lisa Swiderski is responsible for the transformation of call centres related to the client experience. She has more than 30 years of experience in financial services and has held several senior management positions in a variety of fields, including products, finance, operations and risk management.  

With extensive experience in governance, Ms. Swiderski was the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors of Interac and served as Chair of its Audit and Finance Committee and its Human Resources Committee. Ms. Swiderski was a director of Food Banks of Quebec and Chair of its Infrastructure Committee. She was also a director and the treasurer of Théâtre Denise-Pelletier, and Co-Chair of its benefit evenings from 2014 to 2016.    

She served as a director and the treasurer of the Fondation des Centres François-Michelle and as a director of the Berthiaume-Du Tremblay Foundation, an organization dedicated to the well-being of seniors. Last but not least, she is actively engaged in various mentorship programs for young professionals. Ms. Swiderski holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA from HEC Montréal. She also holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
