As Senior Vice-President, Distribution Strategy and Personal Banking Solutions at National Bank of Canada, Lisa Swiderski is responsible for establishing and implementing business strategies for the personal banking sector. She has more than 25 years of experience in financial services and has held several senior management positions in a variety of fields, including finance, operations and risk management.  

With extensive experience in governance, Ms. Lisa Swiderski is currently Vice-chair of the Board of Directors of Interac, and a member of its Audit and Finance Committee, as well as its Human Resources Committee. In addition to this involvement, she sits on the Canadian Advisory Board for Mastercard and Visa. Ms. Lisa Swiderski was a director of The Food Banks of Quebec, and Chair of its Infrastructure Committee. She was also a director and treasurer for the Théâtre Denise-Pelletier and Co-Chair of its benefit evenings from 2014 to 2016.

She served as director and treasurer for the François-Michelle Foundation and worked as a director for the Berthiaume du Tremblay Foundation, an organization dedicated to the well-being of seniors. Last but not least, she is actively engaged in a variety of mentoring programs for young professionals.  

Ms. Swiderski holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and an MBA from HEC Montréal. She also holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
