Louis Dubé holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université Laval and a Bachelor of Civil Laws from the University of Ottawa. Most recently, he pursued an education in governance and completed the Chartered Director Program at Université Laval. Louis has always worked in intellectual property and technology transfer, first as a Federal Court litigation attorney and then as in-house counsel with major corporations including Bombardier, Alcan and Rio Tinto.

Over the years, he has helped run the legal and IT departments for major projects, handling everything from hiring and training employees to supervising them. Me Dubé has also overseen numerous projects pertaining to litigation, outsourcing, IT and large-scale technology development.

Louis sits on various boards of directors. Me Dubé chairs the board of Moisson Rive-Sud, the largest food bank in the Montérégie region.
