Installation of elements suspended above a bulk space exhibit requires prior permission from show management. In no case may the lowest part of a suspended element be less than twelve feet from the floor.

Any banner or rigid sign must be installed inside the booth.  The installation of hanging signs or inflatable decorative elements requires the prior authorization of the promoter.
