The Palais des congrès de Montréal is very pleased to announce the appointment of Marie-Lou Faucher-Bruyère as Director, Talent and Culture. Ms. Faucher-Bruyère will take up her new duties on April 11.
Armed with nearly 15 years’ experience in her field, Ms. Faucher-Bruyère is a former department head and then human resources director at La Ronde. Since 2020, she has been an active member of the seasonal labour committee of the Conseil québécois des ressources humaines en tourisme. She has also appeared as a guest speaker at numerous events, including the Université du Québec à Montréal’s employment and training fair and the labour relations fair held by the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés.
Her human-centred approach, natural curiosity and desire to optimize the work tools at her disposal make her a definite asset for the Palais.
