Hubert Bolduc

Hubert Bolduc was named head of Investissement Québec International in September 2019. After working as a senior public servant with the Executive Council of Québec, he took over as President and CEO of Montréal International in 2016.

He currently sits on the boards of the Montreal Council on Foreign Relations, Montréal International, Scale AI, Beneva and Forces Avenir.

Hubert was also Cascades’ Vice-President of Communications and Public Affairs from 2004 to 2012, served as advisor to the Québec Premier from 2001 to 2003, and worked as a consultant at NATIONAL Public Relations from 1998 to 2000.

He holds a Bachelor of Political Science from Université du Québec à Montréal, a master’s degree in Communications from the University of Stirling in Scotland, and an MBA from HEC Montréal.
