Hubert Bolduc was named head of Investissement Québec International in September 2019. Previously, he worked as a senior public servant with the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (Executive Council of Québec), then as President and CEO of Montréal International.

From 2004 to 2012, he was the Vice-President, Communications and Public Affairs at Cascades, and served as advisor to the Québec Premier from 2001 to 2003. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Université du Québec à Montréal, a master’s degree in communications from University of Stirling in Scotland, and an MBA from HEC Montréal. Mr. Bolduc sits on board of directors of the Montreal Council on Foreign Relations (MCFR), Scale AI, Forces Avenir and Beneva.
