Hubert Bolduc was named head of Investissement Québec International in September 2019. Previously, he worked as a senior public servant with the Ministère du Conseil exécutif (Executive Council of Québec), then as President and CEO of Montréal International.

From 2004 to 2012, he was the Vice-President, Communications and Public Affairs at Cascades, and served as advisor to the Québec Premier from 2001 to 2003. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Université du Québec à Montréal, a master’s degree in communications from University of Stirling in Scotland, and an MBA from HEC Montréal. Mr. Bolduc sits on board of directors of CORIM, Scale AI, Forces Avenir and Beneva.
