Christian Zarka

Christian Zarka is a recognized expert in the world of construction and infrastructure, in particular in the hospital, sports, cultural and institutional sectors. An architect by training, he has more than 20 years’ experience in planning, designing and implementing complex, structuring and large-scale projects. From 2019 to 2024, he ran the activities of the project office and engineering and construction division of the Montréal Olympic Park, specializing in capital investment management, where he excelled at balancing government requirements with organizational objectives through a project portfolio exceeding $1 billion. Since 2024, he has put his expertise to work for the Palais des congrès de Montréal, contributing to developing asset management strategies that support the Palais’ mission.  

A certified meditator and arbitrator, Christian is actively involved in dispute prevention and resolution in the fields of architecture and construction. He’s also an exceptional speaker and an ambassador of best practices in project, program and portfolio management, dedicated to sharing knowledge within professional communities such as PMI-Montréal, and among major institutional real estate owners.
