Arthur Janville is a veteran Information Technologies (IT) manager, with over 16 years’ experience managing major technological projects and information security. A member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ – Québec order of engineers), he also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) for managers, and is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM). Working at the Palais since September 2024, he is responsible for the Digital Transformation Plan and Information Security.

Throughout his career, Arthur has led technological modernization projects for various organizations, including Revenu Québec, CDPQ Infra and the RATP (Paris autonomous transportation board), where he put his skills to work mobilizing teams, building solid relationships with various stakeholders and integrating best practices in IT governance.

Arthur is recognized for his collaborative approach and ability to turn challenges into opportunities. He is committed to promoting innovation while remaining attentive to the needs of his teams and partners.
