Meet the Chef
A Montréal native and a graduate of the ITHQ hotel management school, Chef Devost-Dulude has taken over as head of the seasoned staff at Montréal’s largest institutional kitchen. The creative and passionate young chef plans to seize this extraordinary opportunity to add his own unique flavour to renewing the Palais culinary experience, a process that began in 2010.
