The Palais des congrès de Montréal is proud to announce that Maestro Culinaire, its exclusive food partner since 2007, received the Aliments du Québec au menu recognition, testifying to its unwavering commitment to Québec’s biofood economy.

Since 1996, Aliments du Québec’s mission has been to promote Québec’s biofood industry and contribute to its development. In 2014, this non-profit organization created the Aliments du Québec au menu program to recognize institutions and restaurants that showcase Québec products on their menus. Today, close to 2000 establishments from here hold this certification.

Obtaining the Aliments du Québec au menu recognition confirms Maestro Culinaire’s dedication to sourcing its ingredients from local producers in order to support Québec’s economy and shrink its environmental footprint.

A continuous commitment to sustainable cuisine

With more than 30 years of excellence under its belt, and a leader in convention catering in Québec since 1993, Maestro Culinaire highlights Québec’s finest products through a close collaboration with local producers. Its locavore and ecoresponsible approach attest to its commitment to sustainable cuisine

The Aliments du Québec au menu distinction not only adds to Maestro Culinaire’s reputation, but to that of the Palais des congrès de Montréal as well, as a privileged partner in authentic and responsible culinary experiences.
