With the help of our reputable partners and our new strict health measures, you will now be able to avail yourself of live-digital options that will ensure your events are both safe and successful.

Hybrid events are physical meetings that also incorporate virtual online components, running simultaneously in real time, sharing the same content and including interactive elements. They give audiences the option of participating live in-person, or via the internet. Hybrid events are perfect if you are concerned about a drop in attendance due to travel restrictions or if you are looking to set up a network of remote satellite locations.

The Palais is open to working with ideas proposed by your suppliers, but we are first and foremost pleased to make available to you the range of exclusive, affordable and turnkey technological solutions developed by our partners, Encore and GES.

LIVE

Palais event rooms will be reconfigured to comply with 2-metre social distancing measures. Further to the objective of limiting the number of individuals working the same event space, meeting rooms could be set up in advance and equipped with audiovisual gear by our official provider ENCORE, in accordance with their MeetSAFE program.

 


 

VIRTUAL

Our event rooms are recreated virtually and presenters/speakers are hand-held throughout remotely by a crew of technicians and producers providing real-time guidance and direction at all times.
