I have been coordinating large events around the world for the past 25 years. I would put the Palais team as my very best experience. The Palais team and its suppliers (TKNL, Capital Traiteur, GES) exceeded their scope of work in becoming all partners for the success of the event. We created one team and cooperated on all issues regardless of which scope the issue falls under. Everyone shared experiences and collectively we delivered an impeccable event. Exceptional and impressive experience at all levels, I was left more impressed day after day. I send all my gratitude to all members of the Palais and its Suppliers.

We had our Polytechnique Montréal students write their finals (December 2020) at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Given the COVID-19 pandemic, it was undoubtedly the safest solution: number of entrances and exits, room sizes, quality of ventilation. In addition to our rules, the Palais also had their own strict health and safety protocol, with every detail having been meticulously thought out to make our sizeable gathering safe for everyone. Lineups were managed efficiently and any crowds were immediately dispersed, there were numerous hydroalcoholic gel stations, rooms and desks were rigorously disinfected in record time: the Palais was definitely the best place for us to hold our final exams safely.

Everything was impeccable throughout the entire process, from the time we agreed on the date about a year ago, to finalizing the contract, making arrangements with Capital Traiteur, and actually planning and hosting the Gala.
