Starting July 13, Air Canada customers will be able to travel between the Montréal-Trudeau Airport and the Palais des congrès de Montréal thanks to a new Air Canada service counter located in the Palais’ public space. The service will also allow travellers to check in at self-service kiosks at the Palais, as well as to tag and deposit their luggage. This initiative is not only for the Palais’ convention-goers but for tourists and Montrealers as well.
Located in the heart of downtown and close to many hotels, attractions and business locations, hundreds of thousands of visitors pass through the Palais every year—making it an ideal site for this type of service.
The new daily shuttle will link the Palais des congrès to the Montréal-Trudeau Airport in 25 to 35 minutes, with departures every 15 minutes in the early morning, and every 30 minutes during the rest of the day.(1) The fare for a one-way trip is $9 plus taxes, including check-in and self-service baggage drop-off.
The new service counter is part and parcel of the Palais’ commitment to offering an ever-more seamless experience for the hundreds of thousands of convention-goers and visitors who pass through each year.
The shuttles—Prevost coaches made in Québec—will offer free Wi-Fi, electrical outlets at each seat, ample space for carry-on baggage, and onboard toilets. The service, run by The Landline Company, also plans to implement accessibility measures for people with special mobility needs.
This is a joint project with Air Canada, a longstanding Palais partner. It reflects a commitment to encourage more sustainable transportation and to promote Montréal as a business and tourism destination.

| Along with this new service counter, the Palais is also improving its parking offer by introducing new long-term options. Users will benefit from advantageous rates for stays of 7, 10 or 14 days. 7-days parking rate: $105 10-days parking rate: $145 14-days parking rate: $199 Additional day rate: $20 |
This new service represents significant added value not only for our convention-goers, but for tourists and Montrealers as well. Thanks to its strategic location, in the heart of downtown and close to many hotels, the Palais is an ideal place for this initiative and will ease travel for thousands of visitors.
