Practical information

Please read the following conditions before submitting a reservation request for a long-term parking rate.

Requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your arrival date.
Submitting a request does not guarantee a place. A reservation confirmation will be sent to you by email if your request is accepted.
Only vehicles with a maximum height of 6 ft 2 in (1.90 m), including all equipment installed on the roof (carrier, bars, roof rack, etc.), are admitted.
No readmission: The ticket does not allow multiple entries and exits. Exiting the parking lot is final and the ticket cannot be reused.
Vehicles with studded tires or trailers are not permitted.
Long-term parking passes must be picked up and paid for in person at the Palais des congrès de Montréal parking lot, 1025 Chenneville Street, Montréal, Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Only payments by debit card or credit card are accepted.
Lost passes will not be replaced.

Is my reservation guaranteed once the form is sent?

No. The form constitutes a request for reservation that will be evaluated by the Palais des congrès de Montréal parking team. If your request is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation.

What happens if I need to access the parking lot outside the hours an attendant is present at the booth?

An attendant is present at the parking booth from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you need to access the parking lot outside these hours for long-term parking, enter by taking a ticket from the terminal. When you leave the parking lot, proceed to the attendant’s booth to receive the rate associated with your pass.

What happens if my entry and exit from the parking lot are outside the hours an attendant is present at the booth?

You must pay the regular rate corresponding to the duration of your stay, that is, $30 per day. The long-term rate cannot be applied.

Can I receive a refund if I pick up my vehicle before the end of the period stipulated?

There are no refunds, total or partial, for days not used.

What happens if my vehicle remains parked beyond the period stipulated?

A fee of $20 per additional day will be charged.

Can I enter and exit the parking lot over the duration of my pass?

No readmission is permitted. The ticket does not permit multiple entries and exits. Any exit from the parking lot is final.
