Sofiane Benyouci is a partner and vice-president at the management consulting firm Innovitech, where he leads the strategy and innovation practice.
An aerospace engineer and business development manager, Sofiane also specializes in managing innovation, technology and marketing. Actively involved in both Québec and Canada’s innovation ecosystems, over the course of the last 10 years he has shepherded nearly 300 organizations (businesses, government agencies, industrial associations, universities, etc.) through the process of defining their strategic, technological and marketing positioning, and implementing innovative guiding initiatives.
Sofiane sits on various boards and is also a member of numerous corporate advisory committees, including that of TMC North America, a Dutch engineering multinational, and Simplex Legal, an innovative tech-driven law firm. Finally, Sofiane is a proud diversity and inclusion ambassador fostering broader ethnocultural participation in decision-making, and also a guest lecturer at the Polytechnique Montréal engineering school, where he teaches technological entrepreneurship and innovation management.
