Simon Harris, Director of Innovation and Intelligence at the Palais des congrès de Montréal since 2023, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in operations management. He also has Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, attesting to his skills in leading effective process improvement projects.
With 14 years’ experience in event technologies and three more as a trade show manager, M. Harris brought solid expertise to the position of Associate Director, Event Operations, which he held at the Palais for four years.
He specializes in the development and marketing of new technologies, financial modelling, continuous process improvement, business intelligence and reorganization.
Firmly results-oriented, M. Harris’s analytical mind enables him to provide clear solutions to complex problems. With his extensive experience, advanced expertise and determination to push the boundaries of innovation in the convention and events industry, he is a strong asset for the Palais des congrès de Montréal.
