With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, including seven years in management positions, Renée Langlois joined the Palais des congrès team back in 2012 as conferences, meetings, and galas Market Manager. Together with her team, she successfully structured this nascent market and brought it to maturity.
Promoted to Associate Director in 2018, Renée successfully tackled her new responsibilities and managed an ever-expanding team before being appointed Director of Business Development in 2023.
During her years at the Palais des congrès, Ms. Langlois has developed many successful collaborative relationships with clients, launched numerous business campaigns and propelled the conferences, meetings, galas, and exhibition markets to their full potential. She also opened the Palais doors to the Montréal business community, encouraging its members to choose the Palais des congrès de Montréal as the site of major events.
