The Palais features three distinct floors with a variety of configurations to suit your every need.
Exhibit level: 200,000 sq. ft. (18,500 m2) of continuous floor space, including a 50,000 sq. ft. (4,600 m2) multi-purpose, column-free hall.
Plenary and break-out level: 112,000 sq. ft. (10,400 m2), including a 45,000 sq. ft. (4,200 m2) ballroom.
Panoramic level: 46,000 sq. ft. (4,200 m2), including a 20,000 sq. ft. (1,900 m2) ballroom and a 12,000 sq. ft. (1,100 m2) terrace, partly covered in season with a 3,600 sq. ft. (334 m2) marquee.

Immerse yourself in the very lastest
OASIS immersion, a space covering over 21,500 sq. ft. (2,000 m2), features contactless walk-through exhibitions driven by 105 laser projectors, 119 surround-sound speakers and 360˚ projections over walls and floors, plus two lightshow exhibits that can all be tailored to your event to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Today, we’re proud to offer a carbon-neutral convention centre where offsetting GHG emissions and contributing to the well-being of the community are part of our daily routine. We also extend that initiative to our partners, offering an innovative carbon-offset program for event organizers and participants.

Montréal is a direct flight away from 150+ destinations worldwide and the Palais is only a 20-minute drive from the airport. Plus, when it comes to accommodations, you couldn’t be better served. Gastronomy
Led by renowned Executive Chef Simon Devost-Dulude, our catering supplier Capital Traiteur sets the table for your guests with creative, brilliantly presented and sustainable menus, offering local products and a delicious variety of world-class cuisine. What’s more, Capital Traiteur harvests vegetables straight from the rooftop garden of the Palais, adding a uniquely fresh touch to its creations. In addition, all extra food on hand is donated to a local charity that feeds our city’s homeless people. Outside the Palais, you’ll find a world of culinary delights, from street food and food trucks to five-star restaurants, craft beer pubs, caf.s and wine bars. The city is home to 7,000+ eateries reflecting virtually every culture and taste.
