The Palais is the exclusive provider of many services, including telephony, telecommunications network, electrical services, telecommunications and audiovisual connections to the Palais’s infrastructure and sound system, plumbing, additional janitorial services, handling and rigging (forklift with operator, banner installation), public and common area staff, coat check, parking, coordination staff, information and exhibitor service desk.

  • INTERNET AND WI-FI: Quality communications are an integral part of any event’s success. With a robust and reliable infrastructure of two 10 Gb/s bandwidths, each supported by fiber optics, and over 650 Wi-Fi antennas, the Palais offers connectivity in every room and high-speed connection throughout the building.
  • DIGITAL SIGNAGE AND ADVERTISING: The Palais offers a wide range of high-performance digital signage and display equipment that can be strategically placed to showcase your event and generate significant visibility and results.
  • SECURITY: The Palais is offering a hiring service for additional agents to monitor leased spaces upon request. We also have a first aid room and medical staff available for rent and hire upon request.
