The Prism



The Prism is a small recording studio ideal for interviews, social media posts and podcasts.

The equipment can also be used in the Palais’ open areas.

Total capacity: 4 people in addition to the technical team

Video production:

Minimum studio time two (2) hours
Standard rates: $1,100/hour

Studio 520



This studio is modeled after major television production sets and can accommodate an audience. Ideal for panel discussions and hybrid conferences.

Capacity: 7 people on set and 46 people in the audience

Half-day rate – from $10,000

  • 1 hour of preparation (setup, sound-video check and briefing)
  • 4 hours of operations (filming and webcasting)
  • Extra studio and tech rehearsal time – $450/hour
  • 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (timeslot may be adjusted)
  • 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (timeslot may be adjusted)
  • Two-hour (2-hour) sanitation and housekeeping break between two groups

Full-day rate –  from $12,250

  • 1 hour of preparation (setup, sound-video check and briefing)
  • 4 hours of operation (filming/broadcasting) in the morning
  • 1 hour for lunch
  • 4 hours of operation (filming/broadcasting) in the afternoon

  • Set furniture capable of accommodating 7 people (hosts and guests)

Television set studio capable of hosting a limited audience and designed for professional-grade streaming of hybrid events.
