The Palais des congrès wins gold at Digital Signage Expo 2014 APEX Awards

All that hard work has paid off! This past February 13, the Palais des congrès, together with Arsenal Media, took home gold in the Event Venues Category for its top-tier digital signage technology at the DSE 2014 APEX Awards in Las Vegas.



The Palais’ cutting-edge technology  falls within its ambitious high-tech makeover plan, which it started rolling out in 2012. The signage technology, in particular, is composed of a network of 90 HD screens, including a 90 sq. ft. video wall, that have a twofold purpose: to give organizers an eye-catching way to promote their event and generate revenue through visibility spaces that can be rented and resold.

Staying a step ahead of the industry’s needs is the Palais’ focus. This DSE 2014 Apex Award for its cutting-edge signage proves that it is doing just that. The brand-new feather in the Palais’ cap sits alongside its already impressive wireless connectivity (which can support up to 20,000 simultaneous connections) and a soon-to-be-released e-commerce portal.
